1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the Netherlands only.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Dutch public holidays are processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery
We ship via PostNL. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your PostNL tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment at postnl.nl.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us at asirokitchen@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage or packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
