Right of Withdrawal (EU) As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at asirokitchen@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.
Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within the 14-day withdrawal window
- In the original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: You may return a Damascus steel knife even if it shows signs of use from inspection. However, if the item was used beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund reflecting the diminished value of the item, in accordance with EU distance-selling rules (Article 14, Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). Wooden knife holders must be free of damage caused by use.
How to Return Contact us at asirokitchen@gmail.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
